Our favorite ways to transition our summer wardrobe into fall

We get the question a lot of “Do you guys spend so much money on clothes?” And the answer to that is “Not Always” LOL. I would be lying if I said we didn’t spend money on clothes and being bloggers we are constantly showing you our favorite pieces and which trends we love, which means buying and updating. BUT one of my favorite things is learning how to create new outfits with pieces you already have. Or by just adding one new addition instead of a whole top to bottom look.

Something as simple as adding a floppy felt hat and taller boots to one of your favorite summer dresses really dresses it up for the cooler weather. Or throwing your favorite sweater over a mini makes for a great fall date night look.

I know most of us snagged a denim skirt this summer and let our inner 90’s child out! Well, by adding a warm and cozy sweater to the skirt and pairing it with booties you are transforming your summer look to fall ever so flawlessly. You aren’t ready to put those shorts away yet? Throw on a longer sleeve top like this off the shoulder and add a wool hat and you are ready to take on those cooler days. All you have to do is add one piece of clothing that will keep you a little warmer and you’re already transitioning your wardrobe right over to the fall side. Now all you need is a PSL and you’re ready to hit the town in a less expensive version of your fall self.
