Bachelorette Weekend Recap

Its been almost two weeks now since we got back from Scottsdale, AZ and I am so excited to share with you guys the photos and creative direction behind my final fiesta themed Bachelorette! I wish I could take credit for this, but my maid of honor Kahla and the Shop Bash team really brought this one to life. We chose Scottsdale because I wanted somewhere warm without making everyone travel too far. We quickly learned that Scottsdale is a huge destination for Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and it was so much fun from the moment we got there to the time we left. I needed a week to recover from my lack of sleep but wouldn’t change this experience for anything! So thankful for all my besties for flying out and spoiling me all weekend long!

When it came to matching shirts, I knew I wanted something a little less traditional and more fun then your typical “Bride Squad” shirt and we decided to do something custom that went with the final fiesta theme. “Queso Queen” being my shirt and than “Nacho Babe” being the ladies! I can’t even begin to tell you how many compliments we got these shirts and the fact we were able to customize them with the Shop Bash team makes them even more special. I mean, come on! Look how cute my ladies are!

No weekend getaway is complete without a special tote bag to carry all your swag in and the “fiesta siesta tequila repeat” logo was basically our mantra for the weekend. We were also able to customize the colors on these to fit our theme. We also added in the “tequila wins” eye masks that came in serious handy when that Arizona sun started to shine in through the windows before we were ready to be up in the morning. Not to mention the plane ride home, and who am I kidding I have used it multiple times since. I love that they are silk and so soft on your face! Our next addition is the customized champagne flutes that have all our names on them. These are perfect when your with a big group because we aren’t swapping cups or losing our drinks through the day. Bonus points for them being plastic! We were able to bring them poolside without worrying about glass breaking.

You can’t have a Bachelorette without a photo wall to snap multiple pictures with your girls in front of and the wall Kahla envisioned made by Frolic and Frills was hands down the most beautiful and festive photo wall I have ever seen! I honestly wish I had a place in my house to hang it because it was so beautiful it felt awful taking it down on Sunday. I highly recommend getting one for your next party!

We made sure to eat our way around Scottsdale when we weren’t poolside and I highly recommend checking out Old Town Mission, Diego Pops, Farm and Craft and The Canal Club at the Scott Hotel. We are already planning our trip back!

Thank you to Shop Bash and Frolic and Frills for all the wonderful decor.
